"Spin & Spin Strong"

Come enjoy a 30-minute long spinning class. Our state-of-the-art bikes allow you to adjust the class to your perfect level! Spin Strong will include light weights in the mix.

"Guns and Guts/Arms & Abs"

(Core and Arm Conditioning)

Walk taller, feel stronger! This class is designed to build core muscle groups with a variety of exercises that strengthen the abdomen, arm, and back muscles and increase flexibility. The instructor may include a variety of equipment in this great workout!

"Stick to the Beat / Dance Fusion"

Are you ready to party yourself into shape? This addictive dance workout including drumsticks will have you burning calories before you even realize you're working out!

"Prime Time"

Maintaining your cardiovascular health, strength, and flexibility as you age is very important. Whether you’re a veteran gym member or a newcomer, we welcome you to come and enjoy the benefits of working out in a group setting. This class can be modified for every individual's fitness level.

"High-Intensity Interval Training"

A core strength and conditioning program that includes constantly varied, high-intensity, and functional movements. Basically a high-intensity workout in a short amount of time with great results.

"Boot Camp"

Bootcamp is based on high-intensity Interval training. This program strikes the perfect combination of short, efficient workouts, and motivation in a small-group training setting. Add these pieces together, and the benefits are real and more importantly, they produce amazing weight loss and fitness success. Bootcamp will get you in the best shape of your life!

"Power Rowing"

There are many opportunities in this class.  We mix rowing along with weights for a quick 30-minute full body mix.


Rowers can be used for: 

1) Weight Loss

2) Maintain general health

3) Aid in rehabilitation

4) Cross Training

5) Preparation for competitive rowing

Whatever your goals are, this is an excellent way to achieve those goals.
