Wellness Experience for You and Your Family

Woodward Wellness Center provides the community with a unique experience in total health and wellness activities. Our mission is to provide state-of-the-art equipment and programming to meet the needs of the entire family.

The 10,000 sq. ft. facility has two group exercise rooms, tanning and sauna facilities, houses a children’s fitness area, as well as a supervised child room (M-Th: 5 pm - 7 pm) and the most relevant and modern equipment on the market. Our target audience is individuals and families who want a total wellness experience, not just another gym. Woodward Wellness Center has found some of the best trainers to work with us in planning and implementing our physical space, environment, and programming for all demographics. We also have apparel, food, and drinks available on-site.
