Tracy Evans

Best known as the 2004 Memorial Marathon winner & Oklahoma Small Business Person of the Year in 2018, Tracy and her husband Kevin are the owners of the Woodward Wellness Center. Tracy's enthusiasm for fitness has been seen around Woodward and the surrounding communities. Tracy will be instructing: Interval Cross Training, Boot Camp, Cycling, and Cardio Classes. She will also be available for Personal Cardio Training.

Laponna Cole 

Laponna joins our staff hoping to inspire others to see that age is just a number and that anyone can be strong and healthy no matter their age. She is a wife and mother of two. She has lived in Woodward most of her life and has raised her family here. She will be teaching yoga, and spin and helping with other classes as needed. Her hobbies are hiking, biking, and anything to do with the outdoors. She wants to encourage you to be strong and confident and enjoy a healthy lifestyle.


Venita McGuire

As a wife, mother, and Program, Performance, and ETP Coordinator at Western Oklahoma Workforce Development Board, Venita understands that fitness does not come easy when time is short. Venita wants to share an understanding that through a healthy diet and exercise, everyone can be Fit and Strong! Regardless of size, age, time, or other limitations, we put on ourselves. Come join Venita for her “Spin Strong” classes.

Cheryl teaches our new class called "Dance Fusion." If you're into having a great time while getting a good workout, this class is for you! Cheryl is married and has 3 daughters and leads a healthy lifestyle. She likes to encourage others while showing that working out can be fun. She loves all types of workouts and is up to trying new ones, but her passion has always been dance.

Heather teaches a Mixed Circuit early morning class. This class is a full-body workout that can be adjusted for different levels of fitness. Heather enjoys a healthy lifestyle and encourages each person to join her in their fitness journey! If you like early-morning workouts come and join her!

Marisa Endersby

Marisa is a fixture in Bootcamp and Cycling classes and was a collegiate cross-country runner and cheerleader. Her goals are to encourage physical and mental wellness in a supportive social environment while setting a good example in the fitness community. Marisa will be teaching interval cross-training and spinning.


Shea Ransome

Shea is a full-time realtor for Omni Realty Co. during the day and teaches a Full Body Mix class in the evening each week here at The Woodward Wellness Center. She is very active herself and encourages others with their fitness journey. Her goal is to help others create an active lifestyle.

Marisa Endersby

Mario Perez

Mario Perez

Mario Perez works as a mental health professional-therapist. He works with children, families, and adults. He teaches an arms and abs class, "crunch and curl," weekly. He believes that mental, physical, and nutritional health work best when combined together. Mario is married and together with his wife has 5 children and one grandchild. He looks forward to helping others in their wellness journey.


Mitchell Allen

Mitchel Allen is a personal trainer whose journey started back in 2012. With a passion towards helping others and wanting to master the art of personal training, he has acquired 17 different certifications through the National Academy of Sports Medicine, the Lifetime Academy, and the Brookbush Institute. His focus is on creating custom programs while teaching the core foundations of movement, metabolism, and recovery. $45 for 1-hour sessions w/minimum of 3 session purchases.

Hi, I'm Justin Marshall, an ISSA-certified personal trainer and bodybuilding specialist. I specialize in strength and conditioning, and I'm dedicated to helping clients improve their performance and build confidence both in and out of the gym. I believe fitness is a journey of continuous self-improvement, and I'm passionate about sharing my knowledge to help you reach your goals. My programs focus on safe, effective training, and I also offer specialized custom training to those looking to take their skills to the next level.
